Africa is the youngest continent in the world and training needs are high in many areas including the hotel industry.

With 67 million visitors in 2019, it has become the second region in the world with the strongest growth in the sector, after Asia-Pacific (Jumia Travel report - September 2019).
However, it is not a course that makes students dream.
But countries like Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Rwanda and Cameroon are betting on this sector and offering training courses.
With the pandemic, the insecurity in certain countries, can the hotel industry hold its own and create jobs?
