At present, the domestic epidemic situation is multi-point, wide-ranging and frequent. The epidemic situation in some areas is still developing, and the risk of spillover is relatively high. Especially recently, many people from other places (returning) to Kunming have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia in our city.
In order to effectively carry out the work related to "foreign defense import", the notice is as follows:
1. All people coming to (returning to) Kunming should register for the "Yunnan Health Code".
2. All people who come (return) to Kunming must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when they arrive in Kunming, and complete a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after entering Kunming.
3. Persons entering (returning) Kunming with a "*" mark on the "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" will be assigned a "yellow code", and will be subject to 7-day home health monitoring, with 2 nucleic acid tests during the period (1st and 7th days) , if the home health monitoring period ends and the two nucleic acid tests are negative, it will automatically be converted to a "green code".
If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, the local community shall take effective control and preventive measures to reduce the risk of local transmission and spread caused by imported cases outside the province.
4. Personnel from Shanghai, Jilin and other key epidemic-related areas will be assigned a "yellow code" and will be quarantined and observed for 7 days + home health monitoring for 7 days. During this period, 5 nucleic acid tests will be conducted (No. 1, 4, 7, 10, 14). sky).
If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, the local community shall take effective control and preventive measures to reduce the risk of local transmission and spread caused by imported cases outside the province.
5. Those who have traveled and lived in key epidemic-related areas such as Shanghai and Jilin within 14 days, as well as medium and high-risk areas, should take the initiative to report to the community where they live, and “implement 7-day home health monitoring” in accordance with the requirements of Articles 3 and 4 of this notice. 6. Airports, railway stations, passenger stations, hotels, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers markets, restaurants, Internet cafes, KTVs, bars and other public places, as well as public transportation such as taxis, online car-hailing, buses, and subways.
