On Ninoshima, Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, the bright yellow flowers of Mimosa are in full bloom and entertain the visiting climbers.

Dozens of mimosa trees grow naturally on the hillside of Akikofuji, which rises above Ninoshima at an altitude of 278 meters, and some of them are over 6 meters high.

Mimosa is a leguminous plant native to Australia that blooms yellow flowers like a fluffy cotton hat about 5 mm in diameter in the spring.

People who enjoyed mountain walks stopped for a while at the contrast between the yellow mimosa and the blue Setouchi landscape, took pictures and enjoyed the arrival of spring.

According to "Ninoshima Seaside Boy Nature House in Hiroshima City", you can enjoy the mimosa flowers that grow naturally on Ninoshima until this weekend.
