The "Nagasaki A-bomb survivor's notebook friendship association" was established in 1979 as a division from the "Nagasaki A-bomb survivor's notebook friend's association", and has been focusing on activities to expand the A-bombed area and seek relief for those who have experienced the bombing. According to the meeting, in January, Chairman Naoto Nagata offered to resign because of poor physical condition, and after discussing the survival of the meeting, it was decided to dissolve at the end of this month.



The number of members, which was about 24,000 at the time of its inauguration, has now decreased to about 500, and it is judged that it will be difficult to survive due to the aging of members and lack of financial resources.
