Shinobu Yamagishi (59), who was the president of Pressance Corporation, a real estate company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, filed a complaint with the Osaka District Court.



Mr. Yamagishi was acquitted in a trial three years ago after being arrested and charged by the Osaka District Prosecutor's Office for being involved in a case in which the then presidents of a school corporation in Osaka embezzled 2.1 billion yen over land transactions. was decided.



In the complaint, the prosecutor threatened the subordinates of the company who had denied Mr. Yamagishi's involvement in an interrogation, and forced a statement different from the fact that there was a collusion.



Mr. Yamagishi was detained for about eight months due to an illegal investigation by the Special Investigation Department, and he was forced to resign from the president and part with the company's stock, and he said that he suffered damages of at least 7.8 billion yen. , 770 million yen is being sought from the government for compensation.



Mr. Yamagishi, who met in Osaka City, said, "The prosecutor's way of thinking and interrogation methods are abnormal. I hope that this will never happen again."



Mr. Yamagishi will file a criminal accusation with the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of threatening witnesses for the two prosecutors who were investigated on the afternoon of the 29th.
