As soon as I ate it, I thought the taste was not that good, so I spent $67. In the end, we went to meet the chef who made the stir-fried pork for us. Hokkien people fried the pork, so although we think that the Sichuanese eat the pork, it seems that it is not authentic. , but as Americans, as people in the world, they know that twice-cooked pork is Sichuan, so the slogan of our event this time is "If you don't eat twice-cooked meat in Sichuan, you will not be in Sichuan."

Then my grandfather told me these stories, and I remembered them clearly and impressed deeply. I said that I thought that I must inherit these cultures of our country by myself, and then work hard to revitalize Sichuan cuisine.
