On the afternoon of March 27, the "3.21" China Eastern Airlines Flight Accident National Emergency Response Headquarters held a press conference in Wuzhou, Guangxi.

Mao Yanfeng, director of the Civil Aviation Administration's Accident Investigation Center, introduced that this morning, the second black box of the MU5735 flight that had the accident was found, which recorded the aircraft's altitude, speed, pitch angle, roll angle, heading, and vertical speed during flight. Parameters, such as the joystick, steering wheel, pedal position and call button that the pilot controls the aircraft, as well as onboard system status parameters such as autopilot and autothrottle.

  The data in the flight data recorder can provide real and objective evidence for the analysis of the cause of the accident. In the later stage, the investigators need to use the data of the two recorders, as well as the evidence of the on-site investigation, the air traffic control radar data, the crew and the air traffic control unit. Combining information such as land-air calls, data link transmission information between aircraft and ground, witness interviews, and other information to conduct comprehensive analysis and judgment, can the cause of the accident be more objectively and accurately analyzed.
