Art lovers were able to discover many works from the Pinault Collection last summer at the Couvent des Jacobins in Rennes for the first edition of Exporama, which attracted nearly 130,000 visitors.

For the second part of this annual meeting dedicated to contemporary art, the program promises to be a little less rich.

But the exhibition "Not sleep: The party in all its states" which will be held from June 11 to September 18 at the Museum of Fine Arts, at the Champs Libres and at the Frac Bretagne will however bring together some big names.

Among the thirty artists who will be exhibited, we can notably mention Keith Haring, pioneer of street art who died in 1990, the American photographer Nan Goldin or the Serbian artist Marina Abramovic.

Free for under 26s

In addition to this major exhibition, local players in contemporary art will also be mobilized to present the work of artists with exhibitions or performances that will punctuate the summer.

Access to Exporama will be free for those under 26, students, people with disabilities and all holders of the Sortir card.

For others, the price will be €9 to access the three sites.

The ticket office for the event will be open from June 1st.

"There are things I can't afford," says Bernard Magrez, who exhibits his collection of contemporary art in Bordeaux.
