Oil prices paused on Thursday after a week of increases.

In response to the war in Ukraine, Europeans are trying to reduce their dependence on Russia, which provides 30% of oil and 40% of natural gas.

But is achieving energy sovereignty without changing our consumption patterns possible?

Or would the solution be to achieve a form of sobriety?

In other words, reduce your electricity bill, your car speed… How can such decisions be framed and anchored in time?

What impact?

Can energy sobriety go hand in hand with economic issues?
