According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from the 24th to the 27th, the temperature in most parts of the country will drop by 4 to 6°C due to the cold air; There are local sandstorms in the north-central part of Inner Mongolia and the eastern part of the Southern Xinjiang Basin.

Cold air affects central and eastern regions

  From the 24th to the 27th, affected by the cold air, the temperature in most parts of the country will drop by 4 to 6 degrees Celsius, and parts of western Inner Mongolia, northeastern Northwest China, Shanxi and other places will drop by more than 10 degrees Celsius.

There will be winds of magnitude 5 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 to 9 in the northern region.

  Affected by the cold air, from the 24th to the 26th, there will be a large-scale precipitation process in the central and eastern regions of my country. There will be light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of Gansu, Qinghai, northeastern Tibet, western Sichuan Plateau, eastern Inner Mongolia, and Heilongjiang. Snow, local heavy snow; light to moderate rain in most areas of North China and its south, including heavy rain and local heavy rain in parts of eastern Jianghan, southern Jianghuai, central and eastern Jiangnan, and eastern South China.

Inner Mongolia and other places have blowing sand or floating dust

  Affected by the Mongolian cyclone and cold air and strong winds, it is expected that on the 24th, some areas in eastern Xinjiang and the southern Xinjiang Basin, northwestern Qinghai, central and western Inner Mongolia, northern Gansu, most of Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, northern Shanxi, and northern Hebei will experience high winds. Sand or floating dust weather, among which there are local sandstorms in the north-central part of Inner Mongolia and the eastern part of the Southern Xinjiang Basin (see Figure 1).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for sandstorms at 06:00 on March 24.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on March 24 to 08:00 on March 25, there were small to medium-sized cases in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern Heilongjiang, northwestern and southern Xinjiang, northeastern Tibet, northern and southeastern Qinghai, and Hexi and southwestern Gansu. Snow or sleet, among which, there is heavy snow (5-9 mm) in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, western Heilongjiang, northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang Basin.

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of most of Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, most of Jiangnan, and central and eastern South China. Among them, there were heavy rains (50-80 mm) in parts of southwestern Anhui, eastern Hubei, and northern Jiangxi.

There are 4-6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, southern Xinjiang, northern Tibet, Hexi in Gansu, central and northern Ningxia, and Shandong Peninsula. Among them, there are 6-6 winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang and northwestern Qinghai. Category 7 winds (see Figure 2).

  From 08:00 on March 25 to 08:00 on March 26, there were light to moderate snow or rain in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Heilongjiang, southern Xinjiang Basin, northern Tibet, central and southern Qinghai, southwestern Gansu, and northern Sichuan Plateau. There was heavy snow (5-9 mm) in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, and eastern Tibet.

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Jilin, eastern Liaoning, central and eastern Shandong, Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, southeastern Guizhou, and northern South China. Among them, eastern Liaoning, northern Jiangxi, southwestern Zhejiang, and northwestern Fujian Heavy rain (50-80 mm) in some areas.

There are 4-6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, northern Tibet, southern Qinghai, northern Shaanxi, Shandong Peninsula, and northern Zhejiang (see Figure 3).

There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, northern Tibet, Hexi in Gansu, and central Shanxi, among which there are winds of magnitude 6 to 7 in parts of the southern Xinjiang Basin (see Figure 4).
