The emergency rescue command center temporarily set up in Motong Village Primary School has become a temporary distribution center for relief materials.
Previously, a motorcycle team spontaneously formed by the villagers continuously delivered relief supplies from the periphery and reached the command center through the mountain road.
Early in the morning, raincoats, water shoes, umbrellas, etc. were distributed to front-line search and rescue personnel.

At 9:21 on the 23rd, the meteorological loudspeaker of the rescue emergency command center issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: Affected by heavy rainfall, the local precipitation will increase, accompanied by lightning and short-term strong winds, the risk of mountain torrent meteorological and geological disasters is high, remind rescuers Take precautions.
Because the crash site is located in a mountain col in Modong Village, surrounded by mountains on three sides, there is only one small road to enter, and large machinery and vehicles cannot pass.
On the afternoon of the 22nd, the excavator began to work from the direction of Mozong Village to the crash site, opening a road for search and rescue personnel and materials to enter the scene.
By 18:00 on the 22nd, a short road had been opened and a small piece of flat land was dug out near the crash site.
The People's Liberation Army, armed police, militia, and firefighters gathered in this open space one by one and entered the crash site to search for the black box.

Chen Jiejun, an employee of Guangxi Mobile Company who provided communication support at the scene, described that a large number of search and rescue personnel carried out a carpet search in the core area of the crash site on the night of the 22nd.
In addition to the lights and flashlights carried by each person at the scene, there are also drones providing lighting in the sky, and the accident scene is like daytime.
"The officers and soldiers of these troops, as well as militiamen and firefighters, were distributed at different locations at the accident site to conduct searches. The most people were at the crash site, but also in other places." Chen Jiejun said.

It is reported that the rescue core area is about half the size of a football field, but the area where the wreckage of the plane was thrown is very large. The crash site is in the mountains and forests, and the search work is very difficult.
Various technical support has also arrived at the search and rescue site.
According to Chen Jiejun, as of 8:00 on the 23rd, China Mobile has invested 7 emergency communication support vehicles, 18 satellite phones, 2 sets of 2G satellite portable bags and other equipment and technical personnel support.
It also includes a drone high-altitude base station to ensure barrier-free communication on site.
