Understaffed, just-in-time work, closure of beds due to lack of staff or due to budgetary restrictions, the public hospital is in crisis.
A crisis that was there long before the Covid-19 epidemic, and which seems to have worsened since despite the measures of the Ségur de la santé taken by the executive a year and a half ago.
The caregivers we met oscillate between anger and disillusion.
