During the Spring Equinox, 450,000 sticks of Hericium erinaceus were harvested in the Edible Mushroom Industrial Park in Zhongchao Town, Liping County, Guizhou Province.

Walking into the Hericium erinaceus planting base of the industrial park, I saw that the mushroom sticks in the 88 greenhouses were covered with white fluffy Hericium erinaceus, and the workers were busy picking Hericium erinaceus.

Hericium erinaceus is both an edible treasure and an important medicinal mushroom in China.

Liping is located in the southeast of Guizhou, with a large temperature difference between day and night, which is very suitable for the growth of Hericium erinaceus.

In order to speed up the pace of rural revitalization and help farmers increase their income, a local enterprise in Liping and an agricultural enterprise introduced in Fujian have joined forces to establish an edible fungus industrial park. The development model of "company + company + base + farmers" is adopted to drive the development of local people. The Hericium erinaceus industry allows them to achieve double income from work and dividends.

At present, in addition to selling fresh mushrooms online and offline, the company also uses four roasting rooms to roast Hericium erinaceus 24 hours a day, and sells the roasted fresh mushrooms to Japan, Eastern Europe and other countries.
