• This Tuesday evening, TF1 broadcast the fifth episode of

    Koh-Lanta: The cursed totem

    .

  • Last week, chance decided to save Stephanie.

This time, his companions in misfortune have chosen to eliminate him.

  • “Having his name on the board changes his adventure.

We are under pressure all the time and it's really exhausting, ”she recalls to

    20 Minutes

    .

The flame of his torch had been flickering for several weeks.

This Tuesday, Denis Brogniart extinguished the torch of Stéphanie, she who escaped elimination last week thanks to a draw against Benjamin.

This time, the

Koh-Lanta

candidate  saw her hopes of a turnaround dashed despite her good idea for an anti-blue alliance.

Her last minutes were even sporting since she clashed with Colin.

"When I left the council, he gave me a little heart with his fingers," she reveals to

20 Minutes

.

The board is marked by your little tangle with Colin.

Why did the tone rise?

When Colin explains that there is a yellow team, I smile in disapproval.

I see that there are still disparities and that we feel a very strong ex-blue trio.

At the time, I didn't understand Colin's reaction.

He told me it was my problem but it wasn't an assault at all.

I didn't expect to be attacked like that, that's why I reacted a little strongly.

I didn't say anything mean so there's no point jumping down my throat.

I calmed him down a bit and that's what gave this thing.

But Colin is a fiery little young man whom I adore, so it's a mess that lasted twenty seconds.

When I left the council, he gave me a little heart with his fingers.

Is it a real risk taking to open it during the consultation?

Yes, but anyway, on

Koh-Lanta

, it's a risk to open it H24 (laughs).

We are always on our guard, we never always say what we think because we are always afraid of being judged.

I preferred to be myself.

I don't think it made a huge difference for tonight's vote, people decided it was going to be me.

Your plan to eliminate Alexandra could really have worked.

Why was this not the case?

It was a good strategy but I couldn't convince Anne-Sophie who was hesitant.

She said that the forts had to be kept at this stage of the adventure.

I tried to plead my case, to tell him that Alexandra was nil in the last two events, that she made us lose immunity… Alexandra said from day one that she was very strong and remained in the minds.

From day one, I said I wasn't strong and it stuck in my mind, I shot myself in the foot.

You have drawn three black balls before three of the trials.

Is that the biggest regret of your adventure?

No, it's the second one.

My biggest regret is having highlighted my weaknesses instead of my strengths.

I think that's what cost me my adventure.

The black balls, I'm fed up but at least it makes people around me laugh.

The other day, in the galette des rois, I had a black ball instead of the bean (laughs).

In real life, in the game, the first one was fine.

The second, it was starting to smell like bad luck.

The third, I cried because I was only living the horrible things of

Koh-Lanta

: survival, nights, rain, cold, hunger.

I didn't even experience the fun of the events, the excitement and the fact of bonding with my team.

At the end, I was a spectator of

Koh-Lanta

 and it was frustrating.

In their votes, some like Colin and Nicolas reproach you for your lack of sporting level.

What do you think ?

If I had kept my big mouth shut when I said I sucked, they wouldn't have had the stuff to say that.

This is where my elimination is entirely my fault.

If I had said when I arrived that I walked three hours a day with my dog, that I went horseback riding, gymnastics, and that I had an infallible balance, it would never have happened like that.

You had votes against you from the first council.

Is this a difficult situation to live with?

It's very difficult because we're going through something that the majority of the others don't know at this level of the game. When you're in the hot seat, you have the pressure on everything.

I never said to myself that I was going to put myself in the hammock to rest because I was going to be judged.

I gave myself twice as much on the camp, I was always active from sunrise to sunset.

And then I pulled the black balls so I spent less energy than the others so I had to double it.

Having his name on the board changes his adventure.

We are under pressure all the time and it is really exhausting.

On the networks, we have seen you with a lot of self-mockery.

Was the broadcast only positive for you?

People make me laugh out loud.

There is still a guy who edited me with my head on a bag of cement [Nicolas compared Stéphanie to a bag of cement last week].

What's more, he sent it to me saying “it's humor, won't you blame me?

“It makes me die of laughter!

I am also lucky to have had 100% positive feedback.

Not all adventurers have experienced this.

Until the end of my adventure, I only have people who send me messages of love and support.

It's crazy !
