Six months after the debacle caused by the precipitous withdrawal from Afghanistan, NATO is in full redemption, nevertheless confronted with completely new geostrategic data, neutralized by the Russian nuclear threat, thus giving an image of loss of power.
Afghan fiasco, provocations in recent years by Turkey, a turbulent member of the Alliance, divisions between those of its members who swear by it, and those like France who would like to develop a European defense.
