The investigation and handling are hereby notified as follows:
1. Regarding the identity of Liang Er and Lu Moulan
The household registration of the man involved is Liang Er, and the household registration of the woman involved is Lu Moulan, both of whom are villagers of the Shuangshu Team of Taihe Village, Licun Town, Rong County, Yulin City, Guangxi.
The investigation found that Lu Moulan was originally from Pingtang County, Guizhou, and the registered household name of the permanent resident population was Lu Moutong.
During the sixth national census in 2010, Liang Er went to the local police station to apply for a supplementary hukou on the grounds that Lu Moulan had no hukou. The account registration procedures were completed, resulting in Lu Moulan's double account.
2. About the marriage of Liang Er and Lu Moulan
After questioning Liang Er, Lu Moulan and their family members, visiting local cadres and people in the know, and verifying with Lu Moulan, who worked with Lu Moulan in Zhongshan, Guangdong, and married into Licun Town, Rong County, Guizhou compatriot Lu Mou: In 1994, Liang Er and Lu Moulan worked together at a construction site in Zhongshan, Guangdong, and established a romantic relationship after meeting each other; in October of the same year, Lu Moulan voluntarily returned to Taihe Village, Licun Town, Rong County with Liang Er to live with the villager Wei Mouxiang as the matchmaker , Witnessed by relatives and friends, the wedding was held according to local customs, but so far the two have not gone through the marriage registration formalities.
