The report stated that on March 17, Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City found two abnormal tubes during the routine nucleic acid test of teachers and students of Xi Village Primary School in Wangtun Township. Positive, after review by Jiaozuo CDC, the results were all positive.

Case 1: Wang Mouxiang, female, 66 years old.

Case 2: Qin Mouyang, male, 5 years old, is the grandson of case 1, and has the same activity trajectory as case 1.
Nucleic acid tests were carried out at Xiuwu County People's Hospital on March 12, 14, and 17, and all three nucleic acid tests were negative.
The nucleic acid test result was positive on March 18.
Case 3: Qin Mouguang, female, 13 years old, granddaughter of case 1, from Xi Village, Wangtun Township, Xiuwu County, studying in Xi Village Primary School.
From March 12th to 17th, except for going to and from school as usual, the rest of the time was at home and did not go out.
The nucleic acid test result was positive on March 18.
Case 4: Qin Mouhui, male, 12 years old, grandson of case 1, from Xi Village, Wangtun Township, Xiuwu County, studying at Xi Village Primary School in Wangtun Township.
At about 10 o'clock on March 13, he and his father Qin went to the Xinxing Bathing Center to take a bath.
In the rest of the time, except for going to and from school as usual, he did not go out at home.
The nucleic acid test result was positive on March 18.
Case 5: Xue Mouli, female, 37 years old, daughter-in-law of case 1, worked at Yunxiang Spinning Factory in Xiaoying Industrial Cluster Area from March 1 to 17, and returned to Chencun's mother's home twice during the period, March 15 15 After ordering, go to Yunda Express Point and Xinbang Express Point in Zhouliu Village, Wangtun Township to pick up the express, and then return home.
The nucleic acid test result was positive on March 18.
The notice stated that after receiving the positive report of the initial screening, the Jiaozuo Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters immediately launched an emergency response, and immediately carried out work such as flow traceability, risk personnel investigation, and risk area management and control.
