He killed his teacher after 30 years of leaving school...because she was insulting him in class!

A mysterious murder of an American teacher was kept a secret for many months, after the authorities were unable to reveal its circumstances until the killer confessed it to one of his friends.

More than 16 months ago, the Belgian police found the body of teacher Maria Verlinden covered in blood in her home near the city of Antwerp in Belgium in 2020. This crime remained a mystery until the criminal himself confessed to one of his friends.

In the confessions, it turned out that the killer was 37 years old, his name was Gunter Owens.

Owens was a student of the teacher he murdered when he was in elementary school in the early 1990s.

The accused explained to his friend that for 30 years, he could not forget that this teacher had been constantly insulting him in class 30 years ago, leaving a bad impression on his personality that time could not heal.

As a result, he decided to take revenge, so the killer went to the house of his former teacher, who may not remember his features, and stabbed her to death, then fled without leaving a trace behind.

Meanwhile, the police tried everything they could to find him, to no avail.

However, the friend who listened to the secret was quick to inform the police, who arrested the killer, who made a detailed statement about the details of the crime before the prosecution, stressing at his trial that he had not forgotten her words with him and her comments when he was young.
