The Chiba District Court has been imprisoned for 28 years and 26 years, respectively, for two people charged with murder-robbery for killing an employee by invading a wood processing company in Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture for the purpose of robbing money. I handed down the judgment.

Defendant Yamanaka (29) and Defendant Junpei Otake (28), whose addresses are uncertain and unemployed, broke into the warehouse of a wood processing company in Sammu City three years ago in 2019, and worked as a live-in. Kazuo (71 years old at the time) was charged with robbery and other deaths for killing him by covering his mouth and nose with adhesive tape.

In a ruling on the 18th, Chiba District Court Judge Mamoru Morishita said, "I did a lot of dangerous acts such as wrapping the victim's mouth and nose with adhesive tape in a crime planned from the desire for money." I pointed out.

After that, he sentenced Yamanaka to 28 years in prison and Otake to 26 years in prison, saying that "the crime that killed a victim without any fault for selfish reasons is unreasonable and heavy responsibility".
