Due to the presence of a mycotoxin beyond the regulatory limits, Leclerc has just recalled the Eco + brand raisins.

The product concerned has been marketed in all Leclerc stores in France, indicates Rappel Conso, the site for dangerous product alerts.

Potentially contaminated raisins are packaged in 500 gram sachets.

They were sold between December 27, 2021 and March 11, 2022. The affected lot is LT: 450020329-14-673, with barcode 3450970066815 and a minimum durability date of September 9, 2022.

Consumption not recommended

Ochratoxin A was detected in the product above regulatory limits.

“Mycotoxins are substances produced by microscopic fungi.

These substances can present a health risk in the event of significant and repeated consumption over the long term”, specifies Rappel Conso.

It is therefore advisable to no longer consume these raisins.

People who have them can bring them back to the point of sale in order to benefit from a refund.
