Arab takes revenge on a woman who rejected him with a heinous crime

An Arab young man residing in Cairo did not find a way to take revenge on a woman who rejected him, except by committing a heinous crime that shook public opinion. The young man killed the woman's daughter by setting her body on fire, in revenge for her mother.

In detail, Al-Watan newspaper said that the Ain Shams Police Department received a report stating that a girl had been burned to death by a Sudanese national, after the victim's mother refused to date him, so he decided to take revenge on her, and he was arrested and presented to the Public Prosecution to investigate the incident.

During the Public Prosecution’s investigations, the accused confessed that he had prepared a flammable substance for this purpose, which he poured on the victim’s child, then set it on fire, and fled.

The case papers stated that the accused was involved in the premeditated murder of the victim, following a previous dispute with her mother due to her refusal to date him, so he resolved to get rid of her and take revenge on her mother, by setting her on fire, and fled.

The Public Prosecution took over the investigation and ordered his referral to the Criminal Court, which had previously sentenced him to life imprisonment.
