"I thought the price was higher than those offered by other places, so I accepted it. My car is under the 'National VI A' emission standard and cannot be licensed in Beijing. These appraisers have already said it when they come to test." Ms. Li Said, "But on February 23, when I drove the car to the platform's offline store, the platform staff said that because my car could not get a Beijing license, it was not easy to sell, so I could only collect the car for 350,000 yuan. However, on February 28, when Ms. Li drove the car to the offline store of the platform for re-inspection, the platform staff told her that through the big data query, her car had a maintenance record in the 4S store, so the price should be reduced by 30,000 yuan, that is 320,000 yuan, and the contract price needs to be revised.
After negotiation, the final price was set at 333,000 yuan.
The platform staff promised that this price is the final price after the vehicle re-inspection and will not change.
The two sides have redrawn the supplementary agreement.
However, on March 9, after Ms. Li released the car and went to the platform's offline store to handle the final payment, the platform staff proposed to modify the price.
The reason given by the staff is still that the car is of the "National VI A" standard and cannot be licensed in Beijing, and two options are given, either drive the car away or sell it at a price of 318,000 yuan.
"I proposed that it must be executed according to the contract price, and changing the price is a breach of contract. However, the platform said that the contract is in the execution stage before the final payment has been paid, and the price can be changed, which is not a breach of contract." Ms. Li said that in the end, she and the platform After repeated negotiation, it was decided to settle the transaction at a price of 323,000 yuan. "I really don't want to bother anymore.
