Kuwait .. “Criminal” orders the death penalty for his sister’s killer in “intensive care”
The Criminal Court in Kuwait sentenced the killer of his sister to death in Mubarak Hospital from the intensive care unit, in the famous incident that was filmed in flagrante delicto.
She also sentenced her other brother to life imprisonment on the charge of attempted murder and shooting her before she was admitted to the hospital, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas.
The court turned down the waiver of the defendants' father and did not take it.
The details of the incident go back to September last year, when the intensive care unit at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital in Kuwait witnessed a heinous murder, in which a girl in her thirties was victimized by her younger brother, who managed to break into the care room where the victim lay and shot her.
The victim was shot by her older brother two days before her second brother completed his killing near her home in the Salwa area, and after her older brother failed to kill her, her younger brother went to the intensive care unit where the victim was lying in critical condition and killed her.
