The security research, which the Oran State Security and Financial Division worked on for more than six months, revealed that the accused, who was taking the Othmania neighborhood in Oran as a shop under the name “Ali Baba”, was offering temptations to his victims, based on a quick delivery of the required equipment in exchange for discounts. Attractive and give gifts to everyone who buys the most.

Investigations also revealed that he was asking his customers for advance payments in order to record the names of his victims in periodic orders, and everyone assumed that they were sent to Cuba, where the original supplier of these supplies is located, where he received millions in exchange for this fraudulent method.

According to the information, according to "Russia Today", the case erupted in the wake of several complaints received from citizens in Oran, including that they were exposed to a real monument, the hero of which was a person born in 1980 through "Facebook", who had opened a shop in the Othmania neighborhood before he closed it and disappeared from view. Over time, dozens of complaints began pouring in from victims from different states of Algeria, until they reached 4,100 complaints for their owners who live in 50 states.
