The Cambridges are on the field.

Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a video on Instagram where they can be seen visiting the Ukrainian Cultural Center in London.

The Duke and Duchess spent several hours with members of the Ukrainian community and volunteers who came to support the population affected by the invasion of their country by Russia.

"We are with you," said the future king of England, with a badge of support in the colors of the country, hanging on the jacket.

The right words

During this meeting, Prince William and Kate Middleton also assured the cultural center of the support of their charity.

The couple said their oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, aged 8 and 6, are already overwhelmed by everything they learn about the war and ask them lots of questions.

“They discuss it with their friends at school (…) It's difficult, you have to be careful with the words you choose (to talk to them about it)”, he added.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, nearly 2 million people have been registered since the start of the conflict two weeks ago.

And this "flow" should intensify in the days and weeks to come, according to the organization.
