Three years ago, in an accident where a male customer fell from a playset and died at an amusement park in Nasu Town, Tochigi Prefecture, the Utsunomiya District Public Prosecutor's Office said that two former employees who were in charge of the site negligently managed safety. I was charged at home on charges of manslaughter.

In August 2019, at the amusement park "Nasu Highland Park" in Nasu Town, Tochigi Prefecture, Kazunori Yokoo (51 at the time), a self-employed person in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, jumped on a columnar cushion hung from a high place. When I was playing with the playset I enjoyed, I fell from a height of about 5 meters and died.



Regarding this accident, the Utsunomiya District Public Prosecutor's Office on the 10th charged Kenichi Soma (50), a former employee who was in charge of the site at the time, and a 21-year-old former part-time employee who was a playset staff member with manslaughter. I was charged at home.



According to the indictment, Soma, after being hired, left the operation of the playset alone without sufficient supervision and guidance to the former part-time employee who was young, and the former part-time employee attaches a lifeline. It means that he neglected safety management to prevent accidents such as forgetting.



The prosecution has not disclosed the approval or disapproval of the two.
