Actor Jang Ki-yong, a model who is currently serving active duty, expressed his feelings about challenging a musical for the first time in the military.

EXO's Chanyeol, actor Jang Ki-yong, and ONF member Hyojin, who are currently serving their military service, appeared as guests on SBS Power FM's 'Two O'Clock Escape Cultwo Show', aired on the 10th.

The three appeared on the broadcast today as the lead actors of the army headquarters' sixth creative musical 'Blue Helmet: Meisa's Song', introducing their work, and telling various stories, such as their impressions of taking on each role.

In particular, Jang Ki-yong, who first challenged musicals through this work, said honestly, "I originally liked dancing and singing, but it was the first time I learned vocalization and choreography professionally. I danced for the first time in my 31 years of life."

He added, "At first, my reflection in the mirror of the practice room looked like a fish. Fortunately, I'm having fun and working hard to prepare for the show."

DJs and listeners immediately requested a musical choreography, and Jang Ki-yong appeared on stage and showed short hand movements.

Although shy, Jang Ki-yong expressed his aspirations, saying, "I am aiming to do a musical after being discharged."

On this day's broadcast, Hyojin had only been a private for a month, so she looked like a full-fledged soldier. Jang Ki-yong, who was a private like Hyo-jin, but was somewhat relaxed, predicted, "Probably in four months, Hyojin will change her tone naturally like me." Made me laugh.

'Blue Helmet: Meisa's Song', an army creative musical featuring three people, depicts the story of a South Korean UN peacekeeper dispatching troops to the fictional country of Kamur.

A total of 46 actors, including Park Chan-yeol as 'Raman', Jang Ki-yong as 'Yeon Jun-seok', and Kim Hyo-jin as 'Yun Seon-ho' will appear at the Daesung D Cube Art Center from the 18th to the 8th of May.
