  On August 30, 2021, Wang Qingzhen went to the No. 3 Middle School in Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang for support as a psychology teacher.

  "The school needs a lot of psychological counseling, but there is no full-time psychological teacher." Wang Qingzhen recalled that when she first arrived at the school, the school hoped that she would provide individual counseling for all junior high school students in addition to the seventh and eighth grade psychology classes. For the ninth grade students, do the high school entrance examination motivation guidance, the high school entrance examination decompression guidance, for the seventh grade, do the admission adjustment guidance, and investigate the psychological sub-health students...

  The workload was beyond Wang Qingzhen's imagination. After preliminary planning, the work was carried out in an orderly manner.

  In addition to completing the teaching tasks of psychology courses in the seventh and eighth grades, Wang Qingzhen, with many years of work experience, conducted psychological assessments and established health records for 321 students in these two grades, and provided sand table counseling to 50 students who were screened for suspected mental sub-health.

  Based on the results of the psychological assessment and the observation and communication in the sand table counseling, Wang Qingzhen established a list of individual psychological counseling.

  Wang Qingzhen brought the concept of "Sandbox Game Class" into it and entered the world of students through games.

"In the sand table counseling, the students put down their mental burdens, felt the magic and charm of the sand table, and also had great trust in me. Therefore, many students were willing to reveal their hearts to me privately and make an appointment for consultation." Wang Qingzhen knew that, after getting the other party The trust is an important prerequisite for carrying out psychological work.

  During individual counseling, Wang Qingzhen found that many students had self-injury behaviors, which made her both frightened and distressed. I can't feel love in the environment, I'm very helpless, and my appearance may be a straw in my child's life."

  Wang Qingzhen keeps learning, listening to lectures by psychological experts and reading professional books, just to make children grow up and learn happily.

  In order to help students with depression tendencies, under the coordination of the school, Wang Qingzhen connected with the psychology teacher of Changji No. 1 Middle School, joined his teaching and research group, and participated in teaching and research regularly.

  "I reported the case to them, and the three teachers gave me careful guidance. With the support of my team, I was no longer afraid." Wang Qingzhen said that although it was hard work, her "skill" had greatly increased and the harvest was full.

  No matter how tired or difficult it is, Wang Qingzhen doesn't want to stop. She hopes to help the children discover their "shining spots" - they will cook and wash their own clothes, check their homework, and take care of their younger siblings when they are suffering; Can understand others and be grateful to those who have helped them.

  "In 20 years, children will be parents. Maybe with my help, they may be gentle with their children, and then my work will be done in vain. This belief supports me all the way forward." Wang Qingzhen wrote in her diary.
