Another female defendant, a former Hong Kong woman who was granted bail by the Hong Kong High Court in July last year, was ordered to remand by the court after the defendant Zou Jiacheng was suspected of violating bail conditions earlier. Yu Huiming, chairman of the "Hospital Authority Staff Front", was also suspected of violating bail conditions. He was arrested by the National Security Division of the Hong Kong Police Force on the 7th and will appear in the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court on the afternoon of the 8th.

He will be charged with one count of "conspiracy to subvert state power" in 2021. He was refused bail by the magistrate. On July 28 last year, Du Libing, a judge designated by the National Security Law, granted bail, and Yu Huiming became the 13th defendant in this case to be granted bail.

She was suspected of violating the Hong Kong National Security Law and was charged with "conspiracy to subvert state power."

The National Security Department of the Hong Kong police found that Yu Huiming posted many times on social networking sites during the bail period, suspected of publishing remarks and behaviors that had reasonable grounds to be regarded as endangering national security, and violated the bail conditions granted by the court. Yu Huiming was arrested and detained overnight for investigation. The case will appear in the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court this afternoon (8th).
