A homeless man indicted for the rape of a woman in the middle of the street near Lyon

A homeless man has been indicted for the rape of a woman in Villeurbanne.

The facts occurred on Sunday February 27, in the middle of the street around 8 a.m. when the 27-year-old victim was returning to his building, reveals the

The man of Afghan nationality, who is in a regular situation, was arrested last Wednesday and then remanded in custody,
