In terms of specific measures, women of childbearing age are allowed to have flexible working hours and flexible parental leave, and fundamentally regulate enterprises to provide young women with equal employment and training opportunities.

Improve the relevant system for the government to reduce the cost of labor for female employees of childbearing age by means of incentives, subsidies and policy support, and gradually reduce and eliminate the discriminatory factors of inequality in employment between men and women.
