Yamaguchi Prefecture and Shimonoseki City announced on the 7th that it was confirmed that 184 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 22,972 people have been confirmed to be infected in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Shimonoseki City also announced that a total of two people, a man in his 80s and a woman in his 90s, have died.
In Yamaguchi Prefecture, 140 people died after being infected with the new coronavirus.
