The MASA is the festival of African living arts (theater, dance, music, storytelling, puppets) created in 1993 and organized every two years in Abidjan.

Patrick Hervé YAPI,

its director, goes over the criteria for selecting talent, and the main function of a festival like this: not to leave artists in autarky.

Amadoua Bouna

Guazong

, Cameroonian comedian-comedian on tour in Abidjan with his show "

Amadou BOUNA: Politi-SIENS

", for whom MASA represents "the Holy Trinity of theatre" insists on the role of humor as the barometer of mental and spiritual state of society.

Dji Eka,

where "the body that announces the rainbow" in silly, sings of love in all languages.

Her trademark remains percussion, from which she created her association

Femmes Battantes

.

Hassane Kassi Kouyaté

, director of Francophonies in Limousin in Limoges, the epicenter of world French-speaking theatrical creation, discusses the importance of these meetings.
