Naturally, this has only been mentioned in the international press since February 24, 2022, the date on which Russian President Vladimir Putin launched his military offensive in Ukraine.

The African press is no exception, but it wonders more about the fate of its nationals who would not have benefited from the same help from the Ukrainian and Polish authorities.
