A solemn funeral took place for the late teacher, Hajj Ramadan Muhammad Abdel-Fattah (75 years), a father of 7 children and a grandfather of about 20 grandchildren, and he was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharia Association in the village of Zahra.
And Hajj Ramadan, who is known for his charitable deeds, organized a short while ago an entertaining trip for orphaned children in the village at his own expense.
He also devote himself during the month of Ramadan every year to charitable works and collecting donations for distribution to the needy.
Ashour Maree, an employee from the village of Zahra, said that Hajj Ramadan, an English language instructor at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif with pension, fell unconscious during the funeral prayer of Hajj Jamal Abdel Naim, who also died at dawn today, Friday.
The worshipers, while performing the funeral prayer for Hajj Jamal, which was after the Friday prayer, on the eastern bridge in front of the village cemetery, were surprised by the sudden fall of Hajj Ramadan on the ground, and after the funeral was completed, everyone gathered around him, and it turned out that he had died.
Ahmed Ali Ibrahim, a resident of the village, said that the death of Hajj Ramadan is a "good conclusion" for his death on a Friday, and inside the mosque, where death overtook him before the funeral prayer ended.
Hussein Rajab, another resident of the village, added that he was surprised while he was at the funeral that Hajj Ramadan fell to the ground, as a result of a drop in the blood circulation and his heartbeat was weak, so he made resuscitation attempts for him by virtue of his work as a nurse, but he did not respond.
Rajab suggested the death of Hajj Ramadan immediately after he fell to the ground, and before he reached the hospital, stressing that he is one of the village men known for his kindness and good manners and participation in charitable works.
