  Due to the weakness of both hands, in order to "hold" the racket steadily, Sun Chenlu used bandages to wrap the racket tightly around her hands to practice.

During training, Sun Chenlu had to untie her racket for at most half an hour to prevent her hands from losing consciousness due to poor blood circulation.

But even so, her hands were often strangled so that she could not feel them.
