"The World" is adapted from the novel of the same name by the famous writer Liang Xiaosheng "Mao Dun Literary Award". It tells the story of the ups and downs of a family of five surnamed Zhou in a civilian community "Light Character Pieces" under the background of changing times.

Sui Junbo and Li Lu, the director and chief producer of "The World", have a lot of fate. "As soon as I heard that the director is from Changchun, and this drama is also being filmed in Changchun, I immediately felt it was too kind. Because I am a native of Changchun, All too familiar with everything there."

Sui Junbo said that Hao Dongmei's character is pure and kind, and her three views are very positive, and there are many overlapping parts with her character.

In Sui Junbo's eyes, Hao Dongmei and Zhou Bingyi's love is ordinary and great. When they were young, they pursued pure love, and when they were adults, they hoped to properly treat love, family affection and ideals.

Off-screen Sui Junbo enjoys life to the fullest.

She slept for ten hours when she wasn't working, and danced hip-hop, a favorite among young people.

She hopes to become an actor like water. "If I have the opportunity, I also want to go to the variety show to 'ride the wind and waves' to show (my) versatility."

The excerpt from the interview is as follows:

Chinanews.com: How did you get the role of Hao Dongmei in "The World"? Have you read the original novel before?

Sui Junbo:

I think I have a lot of fate with this drama and director Li Lu.

I remember one day, the agent told me in a hurry that he would take me to see Director Li Lu tomorrow, and he was going to film "The World", but everything was in a hurry.

I haven't read it before, and I haven't had time to read the novel.

There was no complete script at that time, and I only read a biography of a character.

The next day, I wore two braids and went (see the director), because I read the biography of the character, this role will be played from the age of 20, since I can't talk about the role, it is best to present myself. state.

But the director has strict standards and judgments in casting roles. After all, this is a group drama with many actors, and he will have more directions to think about.

Sure enough, a month has passed, and I thought to myself, if there is no news for so long, I must be out of play.

Later, our family went out for the New Year, and as soon as the plane landed, I turned on my phone, and the first message I received was, "Hao Dongmei, this role is set for you, hurry up and do your homework." This was sent to me by Director Li Lu himself. of.

Chinanews.com: In order to play the role of Hao Dongmei well, what homework did you do?

Sui Junbo:

I think everyone likes this work because the characters in it are very real. Hao Dongmei is also a very real character. She is pure and kind, and her three views are very positive.

She insists on being herself and defends her own happiness with practical actions, which is the most shining and shining part of this character.

Even now, this is a very valuable quality of being an independent woman.

In terms of homework, because the director's requirements for us are true feelings and sincere expressions, and the script is written very solidly, and there is almost no need for too much modification in the performance. The more real and natural, the closer it is to the characters themselves.

The people of that era were very simple and simple, and their eyes were clear, especially in the drama with Zhou Bingyi, who were both in their 20s. Although I helped a lot with the costumes, I was still afraid that I would perform "Old Cucumber Paints Green". Paint" smell.

So, in the room, aside from putting on a mask, I tried to recall my youth in front of the mirror.

In figuring out the characters, I also follow the characters' growth in the play, and hope to let go of myself, look at the world from Hao Dongmei's perspective, and try my best to create a real her.

Chinanews.com: When shooting, which scene was the most impressive?

Sui Junbo:

It was the scene where my mother slapped me. That scene was really well written. Even when I watched it myself, I felt very relieved.

At the scene, Teacher Song Chunli had always been worried about whether this slap should be really hit, and it would be very painful if it was a backhand slap.

Mr. Song really felt bad for me at that time and kept asking me, but I felt that this kind of play couldn't be any false, so I told Mr. Song that I had to fight really hard, throwing off my arms and fighting hard.

After filming this scene, Mr. Song and I hugged each other, and that moment was touched and released.

Chinanews.com: There are many young fans of "The World". Many people say that you are well maintained. Can you share the maintenance tips?

Sui Junbo:

Actually, I don't really have any maintenance tips. I can sleep quite well. When I'm not working, I usually start with ten hours of sleep.

Because I feel that as long as I sleep well, my mental state will be fine, and I will be revived with full blood, just look at this world, and everything will shine.

The other one, I think, is the mentality. No matter life or work, you need to have a good mentality, and it is not difficult to find in real life that people with a good mentality are very popular, easy to be happy, and look young.

Just like I usually like to dance hip-hop, maybe in the eyes of many people, it is the preference of young people. My age is not suitable, but I never feel that age will limit my choices.

Chinanews.com: After appearing in this drama, have you considered participating in more types of films, or have any plans for the types of films you will participate in in the future?

Sui Junbo:

In the drama "The World", there are many opponents with teachers Song Chunli and Xin Baiqing. From them, I can see the quality and different shining points of excellent actors, as well as their own shortcomings and gaps. These are especially worthy of me. to learn and learn from.

I also hope that through my continuous efforts and precipitation, I can become a better actor like them.

Just like what Song Chunli said to me: Actors need to use their roles to speak. To be a good actor not only requires accumulation of roles, but also accumulation of life, more reading and more observation of life.

Don't lock yourself in an ivory tower, and don't feel like you can fly by pulling your hair.

Every actor will have a "green" time, try to compress this time as short as possible.

Although I have played many different types of films and roles in the past, I still hope that I can always be more malleable and have the opportunity to try different (film) types and roles in the future.
