Affected by the fifth wave of the epidemic in Hong Kong, the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse was out of service for several days, affecting the supply of fresh meat in the Hong Kong market.

In order to meet the living needs of Hong Kong citizens as soon as possible and restore the market supply, on March 2, China Resources Ng Fung dispatched 38 industry experts from the mainland to form a "special class for aid to Hong Kong and supply guarantee", which went through Shenzhen Bay Port to Hong Kong for the Sheung Shui slaughterhouse. Resuming normal production and operation provides professional strength to ensure that Hong Kong fresh meat can be supplied to the market as soon as possible.
