By the end of 2021, the reduction rates of offline and online institutions for subject training were 91.45% and 87.07%, respectively. The chaos of expansion of training institutions has been effectively curbed, and the problem of students' excessive homework burden has been initially resolved.

The Democratic Progressive Central Committee submitted the "Proposal on Reasonably Reducing the Burden of Teachers and Providing Effective Incentives and Guarantees under the Background of "Double Reduction".

Recently, Zhu Yongxin, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy secretary-general and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, said in an interview that the "double reduction" is essentially to ease the anxiety of education and respond to the needs of the masses, and a series of positive progress has been made.

However, there is still room for improvement in terms of teacher incentives and guarantees.

Then the other is the income of the relevant teachers. Now, in many places, teachers add 5 yuan per hour to the class, so it seems that there is still a big gap compared with the labor value of teachers.

The other is how to increase financial input, I think this issue is also worthy of attention.

Private school is not a simple supplement, it has its special meaning.

Therefore, I propose that our country should encourage the development of non-profit private schools. In the past, it was wrong for capital to enter education in the direction of profit-making, but the way capital entered education to use foundations to carry out non-profit private education, I think it is should be encouraged.
