The fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress will hold a press conference on March 4 this year in the press conference hall of the Great Hall of the People. The spokesperson of the conference will answer questions from Chinese and foreign reporters on the agenda of the conference and the work of the National People's Congress.
From the first press conference held in the history of the National People's Congress in 1983, to the legalization of the press release system of the National People's Congress in 1989, and then to the subsequent revision of the rules of procedure, it was explicitly added that "the conference shall have a speaker", and the conference speech People have become an important channel for the outside world to understand the information of the National People's Congress.
At present, eight people have successively served as spokespersons for the National People's Congress, and their questions and answers have their own characteristics, and their different styles are talked about by the public.
Although there are different styles of interpretation of China, the speakers of the conference all have one goal: to let the outside world better understand China's fundamental political system and perceive China's present and future.
