  Unravel an elaborate scam

After the suspect arrived at the case, he truthfully confessed the process of committing the crime, and a well-designed scam emerged.

It turned out that Chen Moufu, as the main suspect in the case, carefully planned the scam: on the one hand, Chen Mouying was instructed to recruit staff to plan and implement the scam against Mr. He; on the other hand, Lin Moufu, a relative who was arranged in Fujian, tried every means to get through At each withdrawal link, prepare for the transfer of money after the fraud is successful.

According to Chen Moufu's plan, Chen Mouying took the lead in recruiting a number of social personnel to implement the scam.

She took the promise of giving hundreds of thousands of benefits as bait, and first found her friend Lan Moufeng, saying that she wanted to do a stone business, but because the untrustworthy person could not register the company, she asked her to help register the company and open a private company. account.

In this way, Chen Mouying instigated the above-mentioned personnel to jointly carry out the so-called "bridging fund" fraudulent use of "bridging funds" against Mr. He.

After the money arrived in the account, Chen Mouying took the opportunity to escape, while Chen Moufu, who was hiding behind the scenes, immediately transferred and withdrawn the money according to the established plan, and fantasized about hiding himself by "sacrifice" Lan, Huang and others.

However, Chen Moufu and Chen Mouying did not escape the pursuit of the police in the end.

According to Zhuang Liqiang, a police officer from the Office of the Press Spokesperson of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, the so-called "bright capital" generally refers to the demonstration of financial strength by one party to the other in economic activities in order to promote cooperation or trading.

In reality, some companies may be unable to gather sufficient funds for various reasons, and will create the illusion of sufficient funds through short-term borrowing. At this time, commercial fraud, or even fraud and other illegal and criminal acts may occur.

The police said that at this time, for the lender of funds, if they knew that the "bright capital" party had the intention of defrauding, and also contributed funds to commit joint fraud, they would be suspected of joint crime.
