The American President is expected this Tuesday evening (March 1, 2022) before the entire United States Congress for his first State of the Union address, a sort of assessment and outlook for a Head of State who has become unpopular, and who must deal today with the Russian-Ukrainian war.

The war in Ukraine is forcing the 79-year-old Democrat to change the very heart of his highly anticipated speech.
For Martin Quencez, deputy director of the German Marshal Fund in Paris, Joe Biden's speech will be linked to the geopolitical crisis.
According to him, the Head of State will defend
"this idea that today's world is structured around an opposition between democracies and autocracies and that the Russian aggression in Ukraine is an illustration of this"
.
But for Joe Biden, it will not be easy to put war in Europe on his domestic political agenda.
Only 37% of Americans still trust him.
The president managed to launch a massive infrastructure investment plan, but he also suffered several bitter legislative failures in Congress.
The president will have to explain why and how the Americans will have to bear the economic cost of the sanctions imposed on Moscow.
Demonstration in Mexico against the war in Ukraine
For the fourth consecutive day, Ukrainians living in Mexico protested Monday, February 28, 2022 in front of the Russian Embassy in Mexico City, waving signs and banners in the colors of Ukraine.
The Russian community settled in Mexico denounces, it, a discrimination of which it would be the target since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine.
For its part, the government is concerned about the fate of its nationals present in Ukraine and in the region.
The Secretary of Foreign Relations indicates that new Mexicans should cross the border between Ukraine and Romania.
Argentina: still fires in the north of the country
The fires continue in the province of Corrientes.
Despite the rain in recent days, at least five outbreaks are still active.
Since mid-January 2022, the flames have consumed more than a million hectares, the equivalent of the area of Lebanon.
The fires particularly affected the Iberá National Park, known for its rich biodiversity.
