The epidemic continues to decline in France with 384 new hospital admissions on Sunday, against 712 the day before.
New restrictions are lifted on Monday, in particular the obligation to wear a mask in places subject to the vaccination pass.
The vaccine pass could be lifted in mid-March according to the Minister of Health Olivier Véran.
The Covid-19 epidemic is still declining in France with 384 new hospital admissions recorded on Sunday, against 712 the day before and 1,834 on Tuesday.
Given the improvement, the government has decided to further ease health restrictions.

We drop the mask
Museums, cinemas, restaurants... In these places subject to the vaccination pass, the mask is over!
Only transport is not concerned, even the train or the plane where the vaccination pass is always required.
A relief that does not please everyone.

In addition, it's back to school for the students in zone A. After their classmates in zone B, they will in turn be able to enjoy a return from vacation without a mask in the playgrounds.
And children with contact cases will only have to present a negative self-test to return to class.
One test rather than two
This relief also benefits vaccinated contact cases in the general population.
While three tests were required, only one (self-test, PCR or antigen) is now sufficient.
However, if the test comes back positive, a second test (antigen or PCR) remains mandatory to confirm the result.
The isolation time remains unchanged at 7 days after the positive test or the onset of symptoms.
New reductions in anticipation
Facing the deputies on Thursday, the Minister of Health Olivier Véran repeated "consider lifting the [vaccinal] pass in mid-March" if the decline trajectory is confirmed, particularly in terms of hospitalizations.
The Minister of Health considered with "vigilance" but "optimism" the return to a "normal" life, which could be envisaged "in the coming weeks".
