Emergency departments at all levels have dispatched 1,578 key personnel and experts to 408 non-coal mining enterprises under key supervision, supervising enterprises to improve 2,528 rules and regulations, carrying out 2,011 warning education sessions, 1,546 emergency drills, and rectifying 13,663 hidden dangers. the level of enterprise safety management.
Based on the daily management and department supervision needs of non-coal mining enterprises, Shandong is the first in the country to build a comprehensive management system for non-coal mine risk monitoring and early warning with four-level coverage of provinces, cities, counties and enterprises, complete functions, combination of peace and war, safe and reliable, and in-depth application. 203 non-coal mines in Shandong Province (100 underground mines, 83 tailings ponds, 15 open-pit mines, and 5 onshore oil and gas mines) were incorporated into the system, realizing early risk detection, early disposal and dynamic visualization of non-coal mine risks. .
The province's deep well mining on-line monitoring system has been developed and constructed simultaneously, and 18 deep well mines have achieved 24-hour monitoring and early warning, which provides strong support for analyzing the law of ground pressure activities, studying the disaster-causing mechanism, and early warning of ground pressure disaster risks.
