  At 20:5 on February 27, 2022, the command center of the Kunming Fire Rescue Detachment received an alarm: 31 people were walking in the Jiaozi Snow Mountain Tourist Scenic Spot, and some people were lost and needed help.

After receiving the alarm, the Kunming Fire Rescue Detachment Command Center immediately dispatched fire rescue forces to the scene, and coordinated with the scenic spot management office and the public security to deal with it.

During the period, the command center of the fire rescue detachment continued to contact the alarm person to understand the status and location of the personnel, and reminded to travel in a "group" as much as possible.

The first group of fire rescue personnel set up a transfer point at Xiapingzi, the lower station of the cableway in the scenic area, and prepared cold-proof and warm-keeping materials, food support materials, oxygen cylinders and transfer vehicles; , make preparations for receiving and transferring; the third group walks along the scenic plank road for search and rescue along the way.

  At 23:50, all 31 people were safely escorted to the transfer point at the lower station of the cableway in the scenic spot (Xiapingzi Station). Except for some people who suffered from physical exhaustion and altitude sickness, there was no danger to their lives.
