China News Service, Hohhot, February 27 (Reporter Li Aiping) The press conference on epidemic prevention and control in Hohhot was reported here on the 27th. As of 14:00 on February 27, the city had reported a total of 352 confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia; as of now , a total of 26 patients have been cured and discharged, and there are 326 confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia.
According to Wang Dawei, deputy director of the Hohhot Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the city conducted the 8th round of nucleic acid testing on the 26th. A total of 2,995,084 samples were collected. All the results have been obtained, and a total of 16 positive cases were detected (5 in Xincheng District, 4 in Huimin District, 2 cases in Saihan District and 5 cases in Tuzuo Banner), all of which were detected from key prevention and control areas such as isolated hotels and closed control areas. Among them, 11 cases were detected from isolated hotels, 4 cases were detected from closed control areas, and 1 case was from Isolate at home.
Wang Dawei said that the epidemic situation in the city is still at a high plateau, and coupled with the invisibility and latent nature of the virus, the risk of community transmission cannot be underestimated.
Starting at 7:00 on the 28th, the city will continue to carry out the 10th round of nucleic acid testing.
The city will assign yellow code management to the health codes of those who have not undergone nucleic acid testing. The staff will increase the health code inspection of personnel entering and leaving communities, public places, and enterprises and institutions. People with yellow health codes are not allowed to enter the above places. After the nucleic acid test is completed, the health department will transcode before entering and leaving.
