Actress Han So-hee (real name Lee So-hee, 28) is known to have purchased a luxury villa worth 1.9 billion won without a loan.
On the 26th, Sky Daily reported that Sohee Han had recently purchased a room in 'Villadgreum W' located in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The dedicated area for the registered copy is 155.67 m² (about 47 pyeong), and the supply area is about 274 m² (83 pyeong).
According to the report, the transaction amount of the villa was 1.95 billion won, and it is known that Han So-hee bought it in cash without a loan.
Guri Archiul Village, where the villa is located, is called 'Artist Village' because many writers, artists, and entertainers live there.
Last year, actor Hyun Bin bought a penthouse here, and it has been known to set up her newlywed home here with her Son Ye-jin, who recently announced her marriage, and has received even greater attention.
In this regard, Han So-hee's agency stated, "It is difficult to confirm because it is related to her actor's private life," but she did not deny it.
Meanwhile, Han So-hee debuted in her last SBS 'Reunited World' in 2017, and she emerged as a popular actress through JTBC's 'The World of the Married' in 2020.
She has since appeared in JTBC's 'I Know You,' and the Netflix original 'My Name'.
