Sandra Bullock sells two of her apartments at a loss

Recently, Sandra Bullock decided to part with two apartments she owned in the Sierra Towers, an upscale 31-story complex built in the 1960s near Sunset Boulevard.

Eight million dollars is the sum that the actress managed to draw from the two properties after having acquired them for 8.7 million dollars in two different transactions in 2014 and 2017.

One, 200 square meters, was bought off the market by Todd Phillips, the director of

,  while the identity of the second buyer remains unknown.
