Ukraine: "What I observe is that Russia is isolated", says historian Antoine Arjakovsky

As expected, on Friday evening, Russia vetoed a resolution condemning its aggression against Ukraine and calling for the withdrawal of its troops from the country.

Of the fifteen members of the Security Council, eleven voted in favor of the text, three others abstained.

China, India and the United Arab Emirates.

If this resolution had previously received the co-sponsorship of 80 countries, certain States which weigh on the international scene are very cautious about the current conflict.
