On February 25, the Emergency Management Bureau of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province issued an accident report. At 9:00 am on February 22, 2022, three maintenance personnel of Shaanxi Shuangyi Coal Chemical Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. 3 people were killed when a flash explosion occurred during the overhaul hot work.
After the accident, the Yulin Emergency Bureau immediately rushed to the scene to verify the disposal, temporarily withheld the enterprise's "Safety Production License" according to law, and ordered the company to suspend production and business for rectification. The cause of the accident is currently under in-depth investigation.
